Although cervical involvement is more common in the spine, lumbar involvement can also be seen.</p><p><strong>Material and Methods:</strong> The data of the patients in the groups with and without rheumatoid arthritis who were followed up for low back pain in the last 5 years in 3 central hospitals in the study were obtained by retrospectively scanning the database.</p><p><strong>Results:</strong> In our study, which was performed on 132 patient data, it was observed that there was no statistically significant difference between the groups in terms of radiological characteristics. No significant difference was observed in terms of surgical results.</p><p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Although radiologically different features were added due to rheumatoid arthritis, it was observed that it did not affect the surgical results and complications.</p> ER -
